No offers on counters/ rights trading on UCL

Trading on the stock exchange is very light, there are alot of bids on all counters but no offers.

On many counters it is impossible to actually buy anything because I am told people are holding
out for dividends ...

The rights trading on Uganda Clays has kicked off.
